BANKS MONDAY

Kris M. Peters is Founder and Principal of Banks Monday and managing partner of The Wildwood Trust. Kris is a native of the Chicago suburbs and attended University of Illinois for college, received his doctorate from Northwestern University where he studied research methods, and attended Kellogg School of Management (Student-At-Large), focusing on strategy and corporate governance. In addition, he has been educated on risk by the Professional Risk Managers' International Association (PRMIA).


He has lectured and taught at numerous organizations including Elgin Community College, Elmhurst College, Northwestern University and the University of Illinois. His academic research focuses on interpersonal and relational conflict, bargaining and negotiation, and design validity. He conducted research for the US Department of Veterans Affairs, focusing on veterans living with infectious diseases.


He was selected as a Junior Fellow of the American Academy of Political and Social Science, a volunteer bugler for Bugles Across America, and a former county Vice President of Mothers Against Drunk Driving. Kris is a supporter of the Economic Club of Chicago, Little Angels, the National Italian American Foundation, National World War II Memorial, United Service Organizations (USO), and United States Holocaust Memorial Museum.
